I began working with Arrival Financial Solutions a few months ago, after starting my pension. Susan Bechard has been a great help with regards to my insurance and investment needs. Susan is a very gracious, kind and patient person and has listened to me carefully. She has kept in touch to ensure that I'm making the most of my finances. Communication with the office has been very easy. Susan responds to my calls and emails in a timely manner. I also had the pleasure of speaking to her assistant Cole on the phone and he was very friendly, helpful and informative. Keep up the good work, Arrival Financial Solutions!

My experience with Arrival Financial Solutions began earlier 2000’s and has been a positive one. When dealing with my retirement Susan has made it so that I’m confident that my money is in the right place. I know there is no control on what the markets do, but you do have control on where your money is placed and at the right time. Susan at Arrival has worked with me closely and is always available to review where things are going and if changes are needed. As I get closer to our retirement I am confident i will be able to comfortably retire and enjoy the coming years with her guidance.
