The team was here the next day to take all water damaged items and property out of the house and set up their drying fans. After that someone came and went through all our belongings to see what could be saved and what needed to be replaced. After that it did take awhile to start repairs but once started they were finished within 3 weeks and my basement looks better then before the flood. They made sure to include me with all decisions and were easy to reach if I had any questions. Hopefully I won’t need them again but wouldn’t hesitate if I did.
Paul Davis was used by my insurance company to help me with damage from this years ice storm. I required a new roof and gutters, my chimney repaired and a very large old tree removed. Paul Davis exceeded my expectations. Chris was first with the appraisal. The dangerous tree limb was cut up and cleared away. Then Ed W. took over for the installation of the new shed. When given the wrong shed, Ed forwarded the correct shed and it was installed with no issues. Ed still followed up to ensure I was satisfied prior to signing off. He made it very convenient by meeting my schedule. Highly recommend this company
