10/10 Review!!!!!
I cannot recommend this auto shop enough! The customer service was a perfect 10/10 from start to finish. Dawson was incredibly helpful and took his time to explain the entire repair process to us, making sure we knew exactly what to expect and how long it would take.I loved their convenient system, Dawson texted over a detailed estimate that allowed
us to easily accept or decline the work right from our phones. To top it all off, he went the absolute extra mile and dropped the vehicle off for us when it was done. We are so grateful for the honest, professional, and convenient service. We will definitely be back!
Fantastic customer service. Very helpful advice and very reasonably priced. There’s no pressure to do anything extra and they were very honest about what they would do if it was their vehicle.
Brent took the time to explain everything clearly, completed the work as promised, and made the entire experience stress free. Highly recommend Brent and the team at Armstrong-Macko Automotive.
