I made an appointment for the Chatham lab and assumed the receptionist knew this when I showed up 15 minutes early.Fifteen minutes after my appointment time she then asked me if I had an appointment. She said I should have told her since she had me last in line.Why did she not know this from my registering. She should have asked me in the first place. Some training needed.
