Huge shoutout to John and Alicia at Best Buy Mobile. They helped my dad and my girlfriend during an extremely busy holiday rush, and despite the huge volume of customers, they took the time to really help us. They made sure we got the best possible deal on a new phone and even managed to lower my dad’s monthly bill. Their patience, knowledge, and genuine care didn’t go unnoticed. My daughter and her father went to Best Buy today because her computer hasn’t been working. According to her the geek squad department were super friendly and informative. Although, they couldn’t pin point the problem the staff member sent the the laptop elsewhere to ensure that it would be fixed. If you need your devices fixed I would recommend the Geek Squad.
