Great customer service! I was so impressed with Best Buy and the support and service they provide. Kim was so patient with me and very professional as well as Beth. They made me feel comfortable and not intimidating, allowing me to freely ask questions, which some may think silly. Hard to find this type of service now, so it was a very pleasant shopping experience.
Recently purchased an iPad from the Chatham location ,Andre was very helpful and very patient with me as I am not tech savvy. He restored my faith in customer service ,thank you Andre .PS other best buy locations are closer but we will return to the Chatham store ,because of our experience there .
