Unfortunately, I have to agree with the negative reviews on this place. They really do hire people to goof off, it seems. I was laughed at by two "workers" when I told them I was laptop shopping. Thankfully, a nice guy named Kyle helped me out with actual competent service. I hate leaving bad reviews, but you guys would get a one star if it weren't for Kyle. Please train your workers to have better customer service.

I ordered the black Friday deal. They were supposed to contact me, which they did the Friday following the black Friday. Said they didn't have any phones in stock was I still interested. Yes I am. Ok. We will call you when we have them in. Great. The following Thursday I get a call. We have it in, do you want us to hold for you. Yes that's great. Traveled 30 min after work, get the phone. Start signing me up. Oh sorry we can't give you that deal. It was only available the black Friday weekend. Yes I know, I requested it but had to wait for phone. Well it's out of our control, virgin mobile no longer has deal. Ok. Wait. How much extra is the new phone if I'm not getting...read full review

Mike at Geek Squad was very helpful with our new computer set up. He recovered our email address which I accidently locked out when we got the computer home. Also he set up access in orderto load pictures from our dated digital camera. Professional and knowledgeable.
