My daughter and her father went to Best Buy today because her computer hasn’t been working. According to her the geek squad department were super friendly and informative. Although, they couldn’t pin point the problem the staff member sent the the laptop elsewhere to ensure that it would be fixed. If you need your devices fixed I would recommend the Geek Squad.
