I brought my very old car in with a long list of issues. They not only took care of the list but let me know what didn’t actually need doing. They kept it to work on one elusive issue (no computer) but eventually cracked it and kept me posted along the way. The price was very fair and the lads were great to work with. Definitely will go to them again!
My 2015 Honda CR-V was making a concerning noise so I called Vance’s Service this morning - they were able to fit me in today! They were efficient in finding out what the issue was (a very worn out back break pad) and they even brought me into the garage to show me the issue and compare it to what a new break pad should look like. I appreciated this as I am a 20 something year old woman who knows nothing about cars. I felt welcomed and respected. They had my car ready for me before closing time today and their pricing was very fair. I will return to Vance’s for any further servicing of my vehicle. Thank you Bill and Jeff!
