Great service, assessed my need for water softener, and checked for the presence of other chemicals. Only a softener was required, there was no up-sell and test results were described. Installation was fast. I recommend Frank to anyone who needs their water tested and an appropriate solution provided. Pricing was great and beat other national suppliers.

No issues with Town and Country but I purchased the Well Xtrol pressure tank from Amtrol. In only three years the tank failed. It's under warranty but had to pay for labour. Amtrol refuses to pay for the labour. Products like this should last longer than 3 years.
