“Really difficult to explain this extraordinary experience at Hot Rock Spa. Carp. My husband and I booked the luxury couple's package with the 30 minute massages at the end. We were treated to 3.5 hours of deep relaxation and sauna bliss under the caring, professional and knowledgeable guidance of our host and sauna master, Alex. It is rare to find an experience that goes above and beyond what one would expect and to get such bang for your buck. From the moment we walked through the gate into the private sauna area, we were transported to another time and place. The setting is so beautiful and quiet that you forget you are in Carp and not in some farway European spa. I think what stood out to us most, as fledgling sauna go-ers, is the high standard of professionalism and detailed explanations as to what we would be doing/ experiencing. Alex was excellent and accomodating. We will return and will highly recommend to others. Thank you Alex and team!“
