I hired Rob of Regional Plumbing to unplug the drain for my kitchen sink. Rob quoted $170/hr. He came in with his partner, cut, drained and augered the line, then told me I needed to replace the entire line out to the stack (it wasn't plumbed correctly when the house was built), but they'd have to do that another time. They were here for an hour. I received an invoice a few days later where he charged me 2 hours (for 2 guys' time - not the main issue but annoying that he didn't quote as $170/hr per person, maybe my fault for assuming). I paid and thought all was good. My sink plugged up again just under 2 weeks later. Clearly, whatever work he did wasn't sufficient enough to resolve the problem for a reasonable amount of time (for context, there haven't been any problems for 10 years). When I reached out to resolve, Rob accused me of blaming him for the problem. He told me we needed to replace the line out. I asked why that wasn't presented as the first option before he did the work, he didn't address that question. He quoted me $1200 to replace the line. When I asked what we could work out on the $1200 considering I was right back where I started, and/or what warranty he offered on his work, he did not reply. I asked for a full refund - he did not address my request. I reached out to another local plumber, they cut, drained and augered (again), AND replaced the line for $440 all-in. Buyer beware if you decide to use Regional Plumbing to fix a clog.

Contacted Regional Plumbing & Water Treatment yesterday. They came within a few hours and assessed the damage. Pressure tank bladder broke and is full of water and this overworked and broke the well pump. Regional came back at 7:30 this morning and replaced an old well pump and installed a new pressure tank all within an hour! Could not be more pleased with the service. Very professional. Highly recommend!!!!

Stay clear of these people.They initially quoted me on the items I sent them, then Installed everything completely different.Blamed it on their suppliers…Now that there’s a warranty issue with the water softener they installed, they don’t return emails, or phone calls for service, absolute rubbish.I was also dealing with the owner, who one might expect to be more responsible than that.
