Had a problem with my Honda Pilot yesterday and needed it for this Saturday. I was in a real pinch. My regular service guy, who I won't name refused to look at my vehicle until late next week. Same with Rivington Honda in Smiths Falls. No interest in trying to help me out. But Tim told me he would try to look at it this week, no promises. Called me late this afternoon and my Pilot was fixed. I can't thank you enough. You didn t know me at all yet you were willing to bail me out of a pinch. You gained a new customer today! Reasonable prices, excellent service, competent mechanics. The owner is always there, working on someone's car, while Karl, the office manager, is at the front desk. Excellent service. Very pleasant to deal with. Has an outstanding reputation and in business for many years. I recommend them. Was there today for windshield washer parts replacement. Very reasonable bill.
