We chose Lynn for our house hunting adventure based off of the great reviews posted here, and because we had limited time to buy a house. Lynn and her partner Rob were exceptionally pleasant to deal and they demonstrated tremendous flexibility in catering to our requirements. Even when things went sideways, they jumped into action and got us right on track again. I could not have been more pleased with the attention we received. Communication was excellent, and her network of contacts only added to the ease of getting through what can be stressful process. We purchased a beautiful home that was not on our radar initially, but checks all of the boxes.

We highly recommend Lynn to anyone wanting to buy or sell property. Lynn is very knowledgeable about the Carleton Place market. She was very helpful with her advice with regards to selling our aunts home after having to move her into a Retirement home. Lynn was completely understanding of our circumstances when our focus went to our aunts care and away from the house and very patient as we worked through the process of preparing the home for sale.
