I cannot express my gratitude to this team. Especially the gentleman who answers the phone (I cannot remember his name and I apologize), however this kind soul walked me through so much with my failing engine. They took my car in the same day I called and looked at it immediately. They were direct and honest. The gentleman at the front talked with me for quite some time giving me advice on steps I needed to take to discuss with the dealership. I had to tow my car from their shop to the dealership after the diagnosis so I could get the engine covered under warranty. He spoke wisely, honestly, and respectfully of all parties. Friendly, knowledgeable, prompt. Besides oil changes, I took my VW Golf in for an exhaust leak. They called me later with a quote and I gave them the go ahead. They called me back a few hours later saying it was ready to pick up. I go in to get it and find out it's over $100 LESS than what they had quoted me. You don't experience THAT every day!
