I miss Dr.champagne and the staff. They take the time to build an actual relationship with the patients. Dr. does not just sit behind a computer screen signing prescriptions away. She will take the time to listen to your problems and will help guide/direct you towards the appropriate supports. They get to know you on a personal basis (eg. name, kids names, traumas, current struggles.) It is also family friendly (similar to a GPs office) and they listen to and follow-up on any complaints. ⚠️ This program is far from ideal, but this clinic makes it as pain free as possible while following strict guidelines. Dr. Champagne is the best doctor I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. I've been coming here for 3 years now and love the people so much. The staff gets to know their patients on a first name basis and remembers details you wouldn't expect them to you after not seeing you for a while. They make a hard time just a little bit easier and that makes a huge difference for us. ♡
