I was quoted more than $1000 by our vet: asked to drug our family dog (with meds we paid for) the night before and again the day-of vet appt to make it easier for staff to sedate him (even tough I’m the one holding him while he slips into unconsciousness…read traumatic) to remove dreadlock-style mattes from his ears…(second year in a row for this process).
Desperate for an alternative, I appealed to FB friends/neighbours: Nancy & Riohann at The Dog Groomer, Campbellville had him for 15 minutes before they called me to come back and get him….all done, no drugs: $20. Big thanks and big tip - we’ll be back!! XO #WIZARDS... read full review

Nancy and her team are wonderful folks to deal with and on top of that, they do a phenomenal job of grooming my boy. He always looks PERFECT when I pick him up. She has a loyal customer base because her services are top notch, so book early. She cares for her clients as if they were her own dogs. I am certain her skills helped us achieve a CKC Championship title.

Bentley loves coming here, on his second visit he couldn’t wait to get inside and say hi to Nancy and her assistant and of course the other fur babies. Great service and establishment.
