My kiddo’s been going to Whipper Snipperz since his first haircut and every experience has been excellent. He doesn’t always enjoy going but the vehicles as seats, TVs, toys and kind staff help a lot.
Chaotic, noisy spaces overwhelm him and can make experiences stressful and uncomfortable. If your kiddo’s the same, avoid going during busy times like weekends. Instead, we’ve been scheduling haircuts for the last appointment available on a weekday. Then, no other customers are in the shop, there’s only one staff member around and it’s a quieter, calmer experience. It’s like night and day for my kiddo: he’s responding well to haircuts now and is able to sit through one with ease. Shout to Bev’s gentle demeanour to help make his haircuts a positive experience :)

My son was happy. It was his first haircut and the lady did a fantastic job and had tons of patience. I definitely recommend this place the open relaxed vibe as well as the welcoming personality of the hair dresser make for an inviting experience 🙌🏾

Great experience for our girls first cut. The little diploma with the before and after picture is such a nice touch. Ladies working are personable and there are enough things to entertain the kids while getting their haircut. Already booked the next one.

Amber is amazing ! My son has super curly hair and I was worried about cutting them all off.
Amber knew exactly what to do to clean up his hair but keep his curls .
Her patience is amazing and it did not go in noticed !
