I had a new fireplace installed this week to replace a 30 year old relic that was installed when the house was built. The installation team from Ultra Comfort was amazing. Carlos and Wilson overcame numerous challenges with the old unit removal and had to take it apart to remove. I was impressed with their diligence and expertise. They are a great team. My wife and I had been looking for a fireplace for quite a while until we met Ali, the owner of Ultra Comfort. He took a genuine interest in our project and there were no surprises. I am thrilled with the whole experience!
Used several times. Ali and his team are the best! Had to get a new water softener and install. Went great! Also had to get a switch on gas valve hook up for bbq, was fast and dinner was on time!
