We had our furnace shut down with a pressure switch fault, and ThermalCare was outstanding from start to finish. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue, clearly explained what was happening, and got the furnace running safely right away.
What really stood out was the follow-through, he realized the pressure switch itself needed replacing and went out of his way to return the same day with the part so we wouldn’t have to pay a second service call or spend another cold night without heat. The repair was done quickly, cleanly, and at a very reasonable price.

Tyler did a great job, he responded very quickly and suggested very sound and cost effective solutions for the service of my AO Smith cyclone gas water heater. I highly recommend Tyler and will definitely call on him I future if and when such a need arises
