Never imagined that I will get service on my old furnace just in few hours from placing a phone call! Justin - technician was amazing, very knowledgeable, did not waste time, did repairs in no time. I highly recommend their services!
The technician, Justin was very knowledgeable and took the time to explain all the steps he was taking to diagnose my cooling issues. He quickly detected a refrigerant leak and was able to repair immediately, again explaining step by step what he was doing to complete the repair, vacuuming, replacement of the refrigerant, and verification of the same.
Fast, kind and professional. Honestly feel a little silly calling them for what ended up being a filter change but when you move into a new build and the filter is white and the drywall/taping mud is also white, I'm sure there's bound to be some confusion. I'm also sure I'm not the first and won't be the last person to call for such a simple solution.
