We underwent a major reno this summer and it was no problem to have our large area rugs picked up from storage, cleaned, stored and then delivered only when we moved back into our home weeks later. Detail orientated, friendly and professional service. I had my furniture and carpet cleaned and very impressed with the results. It's non toxic and made the process a lot easier, with having pets. I plan to have them back in the future.

Picked up and dropped off 2 carpets that were in need of a cleaning. Were very honest with the results, as I had tried to clean a spot off myself and ended up crushing the carpet. I appreciate the honesty rather than 'they turned out perfectly'. Lesson learned. I won't buy a carpet with viscose again.
