Ruth and Jeremy of Roto-Static could not have been more helpful. We underwent a major reno this summer and it was no problem to have our large area rugs picked up from storage, cleaned, stored and then delivered only when we moved back into our home weeks later. The team was punctual and professional, however, my carpets were not at all cleaned to my satisfaction. We had purchased a new house with carpets and wanted then cleaned prior to moving in. I knew the carpets were dirty, however, did not expect them to still be so dirty following the cleaning. Scrubbing with some spot cleaner (the Roto-static one - it works well!) and a towel brings up so much dirt. Overall, not satisfied with my experience and feel I wasted several hundred dollars. I've previously used steam cleaners and will probably go back to that for further carpet cleaning needs. This process was NOT effective.

Detail orientated, friendly and professional service. I had my furniture and carpet cleaned and very impressed with the results. It's non toxic and made the process a lot easier, with having pets. I plan to have them back in the future.

Picked up and dropped off 2 carpets that were in need of a cleaning. Were very honest with the results, as I had tried to clean a spot off myself and ended up crushing the carpet. I appreciate the honesty rather than 'they turned out perfectly'. Lesson learned. I won't buy a carpet with viscose again.

I have had Jeremy and Ruth come into my home for years to clean 40 year old carpets. I don’t know how they do it but every year they leave my carpets looking amazing and certainly not like 40 year old carpets. They are honest, friendly and know their craft well.
