There have been instances where staff were not as helpful as expected, particularly when it comes to memberships for younger individuals. Overall, Planet Fitness provides a clean and well-equipped gym with knowledgeable staff. It's a clean, modern and spacious facility. The price point is very good. A major disadvantage is that they don't have free barbells, so this gym isn't a great idea if you're wanting to practice your compound lifts or Olympic lifts. I don't like the alarm that goes off when you grunt or drop waits. I think it was intended to be funny, but sometimes when you're working hard, grunting and slamming weights is part of the process. It doesn't always mean you're showing off. I would come back to visit this gym, but I wouldn't likely purchase a membership.
Gym allowed my kids to go to the gym on their own for the summer, but when I tried to get them a membership when promotion ended I was told they're too young..?Staff not very helpful
Great gym and clean environment. Lots of machines to choose from. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Big shoutout to Maddie for providing great customer service and helped me around and made sure everything was good. Big thank you to Maddie for being kind and helpful.Hallie the fitness trainer was nice and smart. Provided lots of training exercise and made sure I understand every workout. Thank you Hallie for the training you provided me. I would totally recommend this gym to anyone.
