All my experiences with Pinewood Heating have been great. We needed a new furnace in a hurry recently in Guelph and Ryan was quick to respond with a free quote and fast installation at a very competitive price. The other competitors were costly and ride. Good job.

I just wanted to say thank you to Joe who's the owner of Pinewood who spent a considerable amount of time trying to find me the right air conditioner and was patient enough to answer all my questions. It's nice to know there are still places that offer a little TLC to their customers.

The technician Ryan was great to deal with, he answered all my questions and was very professional! The customer service was great! Received a call from Joe about the quality of the service received which I found to be a great added feature! Thanks Pinewood for caring about your customers!
