“I had a really great experience with Kayley. I came in with previously box-dyed hair and she was able to lift it lighter while still keeping my hair healthy, which I really appreciated. She took her time and made sure everything looked right.

She even had me come back a couple days later to touch it up and make sure everything was perfect, which really shows how much she cares about her clients and her work.

She was also super easy to talk to and made the whole appointment feel comfortable and relaxed.

“I contacted the studio via email. I had many questions and was very impressed with the responses I received. I felt very comfortable booking an appointment.
Upon entering the premises, I was somewhat shocked. By the website and my interaction to this point, I expected a more high end salon.
I stood there for sometime, without being acknowledged by anyone. There is no receptionist. So I sat down and waited. Finally someone came over and it was the stylist I had an appointment with. I needed to use the facilities. As I made my way through the salon, I observed a few things that did not meet my level of cleanliness. Granted, I am well aware I have high standards.
I was very pleased with the service I received. The stylist was very thorough in asking questions about my routine and provided wonderful information that I could adapt into my life. When she suggested something I know I would not do, she provided alternatives. I was going to take notes, because I forget things easily. She assured me she would provide me with all I needed to know at the end of my appointment.
Upon completion of my appointment, I provided her with my email address for the information she was going to share with me. She advised she would send it that evening, that I have yet to receive any correspondence.
Overall, I am very happy with the service and the stylist, but based on the marketing, I expected more from the facilities.
