My phone battery died overnight. I called Direct Cell in a last ditch effort to see if it could be fixed before spending hundreds of dollars purchasing a new phone. This young gentleman took my phone in right away. He let me know if he couldn't it fix it, he would only charge the labor. One hour later, my phone is back on and in perfect working condition. I can't thank him enough for his kindness and service! Highly recommended!
I had an issue . I brought the phone in and Dean fixed it and he was kind and fixed it for free . First break I have had in a very long time . I very much appreciate his kindness and customer service .
My experience at the rectangle was excellent. The tech was a really nice and friendly and was able to clarify things for us. Quick. Also in resolved the issues with the phones very quick and which we're very happy with our new phone.
