I went in today to find out why my Dell laptops back space key only deletes one character per press and we discovered it was either a user setting in my one account or something to do with the OS. We used another account and that issue wasn't persisting. So we concluded it was the account. He insisted he would do a fresh install when the other option was I remove and delete the account.The main issue is the owner made me feel like I am stupid with computers and when I was on the phone with my admin IT he tried to tell me what to say, because I was fumbling.I am a computer guy, and I admit I need help some times, but I never wanted someone to treat me like I know nothing...read full review

I previously wrote a review that the service people are excellent. The attitude of the business evident during my last issues have changed so i removed my positive review. I understand that it may be frustrating to deal with a customer with no computer knowledge - but that is likely a routine part of their job. On the last occasion the owner called me to say my thinkpad touchscreen was just dirty but they had to completely replace it anyways under the lenova warranty. This “company” is a bunch of CON ARTISTS AND SCAMMERS, plain and simple. I bought a Lenovo laptop in early 2020 with a 3 year warranty from them that costed me over $1,000 at the time. It was made in such a flimsy way (thinnest plastic) that in 4 month, the plastic near the mousepad cracked. They replaced the part in Sept 2020 with me waiting for over a month for the service in the first place.Fast forward to June 2022, a number of keys on a keyboard began to malfunction and either completely give up when typing, or extra duplicate letters would appear when you would only type one.
