Enercare's technician Noel Xavier did a tremendous job at my house. Has problem with the water heater and then with the venting. He not only resolve those problems but also helped us understand how everything works and advised us to go for annual maintenace draining and clearing of the water heater to extend the life of the equipment. I believe, as long as technicians like Noel Xavier are working along with super efficient, reliable management and communication of Enercare, there will be no other company that can come close to their customer's problem resolution and safisfaction factor. Thanks to Enercare and especially to Noel Xavier.
We were having some concerns with our hot water tank recently and Noel X came out to service it. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, professional and took the time to explain everything along with answering all of my many questions! He went above and beyond.
