We had a technician Zach come to the house for a furnace tuneup. He quickly diagnosed cracks in our heat exchange, which were not present during last year’s inspection. He shut down the gas to the furnace and ultimately saved our lives. Within an hour of Zach leaving, a sales person called the house and came over to discuss solutions. His name was Jon. He was not pushy, but explained our options and was able to secure a furnace, AC and humidifier for installation the very next day for us! Our old furnace was 17 years old. The very next day at 8:15 am two installation technicians arrived and set to work. Both Jon and Braedon worked without taking a break. They were awesome! Both were knowledgeable, personable, efficient and explained the new thermostat and walked me through the features of the furnace, AC, humidifier, and filters. What started as a disaster ended up as a HUGE success! I was sad to see all four of these talented tradesmen leave. I highly recommend Zach Saunders , Jon Eagle and install techs Jon and Braedon. I had the Boehmers/Cronin Emery company to move and change from electrical to gas water heater. The technicians Alex and Braden were at my house the next day at 8 am. They did miraculously professional job. They had all the equipment to keep my home clean and safe during the installation. Thank you huge!
