I called in on Valentines Day to try my luck at getting something last minute (I know I should of done it way earlier) the staff member that answered went out of her way to my order taken and my fiancé was so happy when the roses arrived! Your staff is out of this world and I hope you get the well deserved break from such a busy day. Cheers
