We received an arrangement from this establishment this past week. It was stunning. Tons of gorgeous blooms and beautifully arranged. We'll be using Floral Factory next time we send flowers.

I would HIGHLY recommend the Floral Factory. It was my first timeusing them. Their customer service was EXCELLENT and my arrangement was exactly as shown online. I ordered the Halcyon Heart Deluxe. It was beautiful and elegant!

Customer service is amazing.. I went in on a Saturday to purchase an arrangement for my mother's friend and mentioned I was looking for peach carnations for my mother funeral... she said she would look into it.The Monday after I went in and she had already done all the leg work and didn't even take my name down prior and remembered my request.Very compassionate, professional and was able to help me figure out what I needed and not be charging me an arm and a leg.I was prepared to pay double what I paid and the arrangements were flawless.Thank you for helping me through a difficult time and being so helpful..
