Recently just had a furnace, furnace, tune-up and inspection.
They sent me a text. Let me know that Dave was on his way and another one when he arrived. Came in put on his boots asked me where the furnace was and if I had any problems with the furnace. He went down, did his inspection and came up to let us know that there was some issues. He arranged for a salesperson to come out to talk to us about options
Rick g arrived afterwards and this was at 5: 30 pm. He went over all the options of what we could do and what we needed. He never tried to upsell us. Just listen to what we used our furnace and our AC for. He suggested package... read full review
