Today I went to the shop with no appointment. Prior I had already called the day before because my car door wasn’t closing properly and I spoke with someone at the shop who was very nice and professional, he told me to bring it in the next day and I did. Within an hour, they checked my door and fixed the minor issue at such an affordable cost. They are very straightforward and honest, no beating around the bush. Service is great, prices are fair. We have taken both of our cars to Pal's for a few years now and are always 100% satisfied. Recently, they even fixed someone else's mistake made on my car during vacation. Showed up without an appointment and they had my car back to me, same day, running smooth
