“I needed to have my sump pump inspected during the installation of our new heat pump system, as our sump pump needed to be functional.
Called George and found him very responsive, professional and very friendly, He came the next morning to inspect the pump while our installers for the heat pump were there, and told us our old pump was not functional anymore. He expertly recommended rhe best new pump with battery backup that would be prefect for our needs,
Also, he also recommended the exit pipe be snaked for 25 feet to be certain there would not be any future drainage issues. He then provided us with an excellent quote, and even kindly reduced the deposit amount further than I had hoped, which I really appreciated. He then quickly arranged for his excellent plumber Andy and his assistant Matteo to come by the next morning to complete the installation, They were so polite and hardworking, and did a wonderful job.
