“PHD Plumbing has PEOPLE answering their phones and a quick response time. They don’t charge for a quote and they offer options. Fadi and Peter offered to immediately complete the installation of a new submersible sump pump and Check Valve. This included extensive cleaning of the sump pit. At 26 years old, the pit looks new again! The sump pump and check valve were both tested for leaks. Maintenance procedures and the warranty were explained in detail. I feel that the cost of this highly durable equipment and service is reasonable. I appreciate the polite and knowledgeable service that Fadi and Peter provided on behalf of PHD Plumbing and highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.”

“Kyle we cannot thank you enough for your time and thoughtful consideration for our family.

Kyle supported in a team of professionals helping us after a flood in the basement. Kyle was incredibly kind, professional and knowledgeable. He arrived when he said he would, we never had to question what was going on with the hot water through this process. Kyle communicated clearly and effectively. Highly recommend!”
