Had a walk-in Shellac manicure and pedicures today. The customer care was lovely, they greeted me when I entered. The environment is clean and welcoming. The service prices are listed and clear. When I was seated for my pedicure the Tech showed me a wide variety of colours to choose from. While I looked at colours they offered to adjust the massage chair. They communicate about the pedicure as well as made friendly conversation. For my manicure I requested nail art. The Tech review the design and confirmed the cost of nail art before applying the art. I really appreciated the confirmation- I felt informed about my fees. I love the final result of both my manicure and pedicure and plan to go again.
This is my favorite Nail spa in Burlington! When you go in for a pedicure, they actually give you a real pedicure! They don't just wash your feet and polish your toes. you get a real cleansing of the foot, under your toe nails and all!! This is a very clean, welcoming and relaxing environment. I give it a 5 star🌟
