Kirsty was an expert in carpet selection and putting this big 2 day project together and her installer did a perfect job in our upper 4 bedrooms of our house. I recommend splitting a 4 bedrooms re-carpeting project into 2 different installation days if you have lots of furniture already in place as we do. We did the install on a Thursday and Tuesday and I was able move the dressers, beds, desks, chairs, books, closet clothes out over the 2 days before each install day. I slide the dressers, mattress, book cases, on sliders available in a kit at Home Hardware. It took us about 4 hours to clear out 2 rooms and move the contents to the other rooms. We are thrilled with our floors and the service start to finish. Kirsty is incredibly knowledgeable. The range of Products and options was helpful and pricing was competitive. We took Home several samples. We settled on high quality vinyl plank flooring. It looks amazing. Installation was fast and very well done. We highly recommend this company which has been in business for 30 years and was a pleasure to deal with.

My review needs to start with a sincere apology - I'm sorry to the fine folks at Thomas Flooring for not posting a review about my experience sooner. Going back more than 6-months ago now, I stopped by Thomas Flooring on my quest for knowledge re: an upcoming renovation that involved laying some LVP. While there is a lot of information to be had these days online, nothing truly beats speaking directly with experts in their field and Thomas Flooring is no exception. The owner happened to be working on the day of my visit and subsequent visits too and she shared her extensive knowledge on brands, flooring types and technologies, and patiently answered all of my questions.... read full review
