Did not know where to go for a gaming console repair. Decided to try Tech Emporium. Abdul greeted me on the phone and immediately asked all the right questions and provided very thorough and excellent instructions as to what they would do and how, along with cost estimates. I knew right then, on the phone, that I was in the right hands. Bringing my console in and talking to him again, I got every description of how they would go about diagnoses and repair, with a friendly and caring presentation by Abdul. Although, their technicians could not handle me right away he gave me what turned out to be a very firm and reliable delivery of my returned, repaired console, at exactly the right price quoted, less a few dollars. My machine was nicely cleaned up as Abdul promised and starting it up, I could see it was running more efficiently than ever. Highly recommended with no reservations.
