I've received many, many compliments on my sunflower tattoo. I was very nervous with the aftercare and texted Hannah to go over the instructions again. She responded in a timely manner and all is well. The shop is very clean and I noticed how well another employee was sterilizing his work station. “I haven't had a tattoo done this side of the 2010s so I was a bit nervous. I booked with Venus for a relatively simple tattoo but it definitelyneeded some refinement and an artists eye. The whole shop was clean, beautiful and staffed by friendly and professional personnel. At each step I was met with professionalism and exemplary customer care.

I screwed up my appointment time by accident (thanks dyslexia) and they worked to get me in same day which I'm sure inconvenienced them but no one would know it by their demeanor.

Venus worked hard to find the perfect placement and size, in fact the prep took longer than the actual tattoo. She used perfect aseptic technique to setup the area and prep the skin. Then she began to tattoo me...well she said she was tattooing me but I had to ask if she had even started yet. Her tattooing technique uses intermittent positive pressure on the skin to reduce discomfort and irritation. Nearly 2 hours later and I am still looking at it to make sure it's there since I can't feel much.

TL/DR: Clean, professional, fair pricing, amazing vibe, friendly, excellent artwork and accommodating. Am I coming back? Yes. Do I recommend Ace and Sword? 100% yes.
