They offer "great" "sterling silver" jewellery for $80+. It is not as offered or advertised. It tarnished and turned my finger green within less than a week. When asked, the store stated "their hands are tied" and nothing can be done except to order the same copy of the ring from the SAME supplier, which would be the exact same quality. There was no reach out or effort made from the owner to correct this or to apologize. And are advertising openly that their jewellery is "sterling silver" a joke

When asked, the store stated "their hands are tied" and nothing can be done except to order the same copy of the ring from the SAME supplier, which would be the exact same quality. There was no reach out or effort made from the owner to correct this or to apologize. They were not willing to work with me for a return on this, even after less than 10 days since purchasing faulty jewellery. I have spent HUNDREDS of dollars at this store, and am a loyal customer. Can’t recommend enough! The ladies always make me feel very comfortable, they are always so nice and make sure I have the best experience every single time.
