When they say Speedy, they aren't joking. I had a 9:00 AM appointment that I showed up 10 minutes early for (my car was making squeaking noises when I turned the wheel). They took it in immediately without any wait time, sourced the problem, and greased up the parts needing it for me- free of charge! I then took it around the block before my wife reminded me that there was a light on the dashboard needing to be checked out. I returned back, and again, they immediately took the car in, told me it was air pressure in the tires, filled it up, and gave the keys back, all within 3 minutes, and again, no charge. I originally came to this location through a referral, and I’m really glad I did. I’ve been in a couple of times for maintenance, and Rachel has always been great to deal with when it comes to booking appointments and communicating everything clearly and being upfront.
I also had a last-minute issue come up, and even though they were booked, they were very accommodating and took the time to have a look when they had a chance.
