Given that I had to deal with body shop for the first time, and hearing horror stories from my friends and people I know, I was wery pleased with Smart Repair Centre. The car was taken in on the first visit to the shop and delivered back as promised next day. The repair was flawless, can't complain at all. The man at the front was very polite, and friendly, straight forward explaining what needs or don't need to be done. I highly recommend this shop.

Found this place based on the high quality reviews. I was skeptical at first when I arrived because the location looks a bit "no frills"; however, what I learned was that they put all of their focus and effort into fixing your car and finding the best solution at the most reasonable price for you. There is no upselling - instead they went out of their way to find me more price effective options! Hopefully I won't have to visit again soon, but if I need a fix, I'll definitely be back!

Smart Repair Centre Burlington provided me a fast and cheaper cost estimate than 2 other Insurance Company provided repair shops. Unnecessary work that I felt that was not required by the latter 2 shops, would have jacked the price from a small repair of $600+, to over $1600 ($1000 deductible) for a 2012 small car ! The cost & additional work did not make sense $$$. The guys at Smart Repair Centre Burlington did a great job, fast, efficient and at a great price !
