Called on the 8th to try and get an over the phone quote, reception took all my info and told me to stay by my phone as someone would call me, now the 12th still waiting on this call, have yet to leave my phone, but have decided to do the job myself now.Update, they called and are gonna help me out, more to follow.All worked out really well, they came installed to a high level of professionalism. I would reach out to these folks again if I should ever require a plumber.

Had a great experience with PlumbWize. They were responsive, came out and assessed the situation, provided a few options (including a few ways to save a few bucks), found the replacement part and got the job done. I will definitely be using them again. Highly recommend!

I was going to write a long detailed review but I feel like it's best to keep it simple. I purchased a water heater in 2021 and beginning in 2022 it started to have serious issues. Plumbwize sent people here to inspect or fix this 6 seperate times. They had a part replaced after the warranty period had already run out at no cost. Again after the warranty was already expired they went too bat for me with the manufacturer to get me a new motor for my unit. I say this without hesitation if you're looking for anything plumbing related just contact Plumbwize.
