We were referred to Open Concept Renovations after they did a great job at a family member’s house. Wilson came and listened to what we wanted to do and suggested some tweaks that made the outcome even better. We ended up re-tiling the whole main floor and upgrading all the bathrooms. What we liked about working with Wilson is the value he brings from prior jobs and the advice he gives. You can trust his opinion. His crew Filipe and Jose are very polite and courteous. Most importantly the quality of their work is superb. You will love the work knowing you’re in good hands.

After meeting with several contractors, we decided to hire Wilson for our full home renovation in 2022. Wilson and the team were amazing from start to finish! They were at our place every day on time and worked incredibly hard. The crew was very friendly and Wilson was always available to answer our many questions. They stayed on the agreed schedule and we were able to move in on time into our beautiful home! Wilson gave us input on finishes and how to reorganize the upper floor to include an ensuite to the primary bedroom and drawings to work out how to place a powder room on the main floor. Since the first job probably now approx 15 years ago open concept have done a lot of work for me , each time Wilson has listened to what I wanted sometimes offering his advice and design ideas . Each job was performed professionally by himself and his co workers always leaving a clean and tidy site at the end of each day . I could go on at length singing their praises and I will absolutely recommend open concept for your renovation needsBob ( Burlington / Hamilton )
