I highly recommend this place. Went in today for the first time my experience was amazing. Genius is so friendly and kind. I definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a friendly place to send money back home to Africa or the Caribbean.

I went in as there was an error I made in the spelling of a name in a transaction. I had already been turned down from another place. Vlora was very attentive- she called Western Union and got me all sorted out. It’s rare to get such exceptional customer service when there’s no benefit involved.

Chai and Jenn were extremely helpful when i was here in a hurry, without any knowledge of how to do this correctly and not only were they supportive right away with sensitive information and with every step of the way , helped me feelWelcome and I would certainly recommend it.
