I am most grateful to Rafael at @millenium_jewellers_gold for taking the time to speak with me and collaborate to create a unique and stunning piece. It represents who I am and the love I have for my sons. He repurposed two rings I had from years ago to create a heart for each son with their birthstones and a hidden initial on each and a rose gold heart in the middle to represent me. He was an absolute joy to work with and I am so appreciative of his craftsmanship and attention to details. I was also very pleased he was able to quickly fix an old chain that my mom used to wear. My 1st purchase from Millennium Jewellers was when they were located in Hamilton on Ottawa Street.. I saw Raphael on CHCH tv 11....he was showing a Sapphire antique ring.. I immediately called him and went down to look at it.. It was perfect and Raphael explained all the history etc.. Needless to say I left with it... I have since purchased several pieces and have followed them to Burlington... Alba is a doll.. Always responds right away and is so kind.. I just purchased a gorgeous silver and ruby bangle bracelet.. Not only did Alba hold it for me, she also gave me the very best deal.. I can't say enough nice things about them.. It’s rare today to find a super professional in the jewelry/watch business as good as the owner of this store, Rafael Hernandez. I came to him with a simple necklace repair and he was amazing. He really cares about his customers and goes over the top with service. I cannot recommend this store enough to anyone that wants custom made jewellery or repairs to watches.Steve Wilson
