With a personal trainer like Ari, who is knowledgeable and accommodating, it's no wonder LA Fitness is a highly recommended gym. Members can enjoy one of the best membership deals, which allows them to bring two guests anytime and access any of their gyms in North America. However, there have been some long lines at the water fountain due to maintenance. Members have suggested improvements like providing a storage device for accessories and using magnetic numbers for reserving spots on machines during busy hours. Overall, LA Fitness remains a great place to work out and play basketball.
Just came back from Winnipeg to spend 2 weeks of Christmas holidays with my recently widowed mother. Was happy to pay for a 2 week membership, but Nicolas M insisted that I accept a 2 week free pass. Always great to be back home with the lovely people of Burlington. Also always a nice clean facility with lots of ammenities. Will insist on paying next time I am back. Stopped by LA Fitness recently and had a great first impression. Nico at the front desk stood out right away — high energy, welcoming, and very positive. He really represents the gym well. Planning to start a membership after I return from my trip to Jamaica.
I recently returned to the gym after not working out since COVID, and I joined LA Fitness at the end of August 2025. I went to the Brant location, and I have to say my experience has been incredible so far.
From day one, Nico was extremely kind and welcoming. He took the time to teach me proper weight-lifting techniques and made me feel completely comfortable getting back into the gym. Because of his knowledge and patience, I decided to sign up for personal training — something I’ve always wanted to start but never had the confidence to do.
