This is a great establishment. Talented barbers, clean environment, excellent tools, friendly staff. One area of improvement is in the area of consistency. We all know, uncontrollable situations happen but cancellation of appointments should be kept to a minimum and certainly not the day of. I would recommend a change in practice. If the barber you have an appointment with cancels, Khronos should advise you and, at the same time, also offer an alternative barber to substitute for your cancelled appointment as close to your previously scheduled appointment time.
