I have been shopping at Interior Design House for the past 4 years. Today I had another great experience from Suzanne Bennett. She is always very pleasant, professional and helpful throughout my shopping experiences. Thank you Suzanne.

A bit disappointing. We saw an Accent Chest we liked, when we spoke to the store personnel, we were made aware that only the floor model was available, which seems strange as the store's website lists the piece as a new addition. The fact that the price was for the floor model was definitely not made clear on the display. When we asked "is there any discount for us taking the floor model" - the brusk answer was "No". The floor model was in reasonable shape, but there were a few scratches. Nevertheless we in turn are scratching this place off from where we'll do business.

Good place to go but I find most things overpriced. I guess that's the country hicking me. All that said we did find a very nice small sofa to fit our space. I would suggest opening up the store a little bit more to allow wheelchairs to have free access through.
