“Samantha did a great job today cleaning my mom’s apartment for the first time. She was respectful, kind, and worked very hard. A inspector from merry mass came to check her work, which I was impressed by. The apartment looks great. The owner, Alex, was the one to answer my initial inquiey and has been so helpful setting up this service. She is so knowledgeable about her business - it made it easy to trust that I picked a great, reliable company.“

“We were initially very hesitant to use Molly Maid, thinking they would be expensive and might not deliver exactly what we were looking for. We were preparing our house for sale, and since it was completely empty, we needed a thorough, top-to-bottom clean.

They did an excellent job. The kitchen cabinets looked like new again, the bathrooms were spotless, and everything, from railings and floors to high and low dusting, was done with great attention to detail. They even cleaned both the inside and outside of all cabinetry. Overall, the work was outstanding.

There was one small area where a floor didn’t quite meet the same standard as the rest, but after a quick call, they immediately addressed it and made sure it was brought up to expectations without any hassle.

They were friendly, punctual, and professional, and most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. On top of that, they turned out to be more cost-effective than I expected—even compared to private cleaners.

“I've been a customer of Maid Simply for +3 and have always been impressed by their service. They offer a variety of basic cleaning options including oven and fridge cleaning that help a lot managing three kids under 6 and 2 dogs. They were also open to doing deeper cleans in cupboards etc after we got renos/duct cleaning work done on the house. The staff are always considerate and great with our dogs. They will frequently let our dogs out for pee breaks in the yard if we're gone for the day. They are flexible with the work that they do and will focus on specific areas of the house if requested. Would highly recommend to anyone but especially people with young families like ours as they're reliable and do consistently good work“
